He appreciates that everyone is unique and each programme is individually tailored to suit client’s needs. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, that have to be assessed and worked upon and one size definitely doesn’t fit all!

His training is not rigid, he will continually assess your progress and re-evaluate the programme to suit your needs, working with you and supporting you through any challenges that you might meet along the way.

Once you've paid for your first session, Kaili or Rik will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours to discuss your requirements and arrange a time for your first session.
Rik is flexible, he can come to you or you can train in his home gym in Isleworth, London TW7.
Kaili is flexible, she can come to you or you can train in one of the gyms in Putney, London SW15.
Covid rules apply, sessions via Zoom are available during the lockdown.
