Meet Your Nutritionist, Serap Danyildiz
Serap is our passionate and talented nutritionist and kinesiologist who was born in Istanbul and moved to London in 2001. She started her healthy eating journey at the age of 21 when she developed stress related severe acne condition and intolerances to gluten, yeast, wheat, dairy and sesame seeds and as a result suffered from poor digestion, IBS, low energy, dull skin and thinning hair.
Determined to restore her energy and health she’s made a decision to change her lifestyle and in particular her diet and within weeks she noticed a radical shift in her health. Impressed with the results and after her health issues started to resolve and energy increased she started sharing her story and healthy, delicious and nutritious recipes with others.
She will inspire you with her nourishing recipes and show you how healthy eating can be very tasty, exciting and fun.

We often hear people say that food is medicine but food is so much more than medicine. Food is intrinsically related to human social interactions and community. Serap has delivered workshops in “Reversing and Preventing Lifestyle Diseases” & “Cancer Prevention and Survival” in the UK and West Africa. She helps people reverse lifestyle diseases such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Diseases and others.
Serap is ‘Food for Life” instructor and a member of Association of Systematic Kinesiology. She’s been practicing as a Nutritionist since 2006 and as a Kinesiologist since 2009 in UK and overseas.

Initial consultation generally lasts up to 1.5 hours where a detailed analysis of your current diet and lifestyle is carried out, following which Serap will make recommendations and design a simple, practical and effective nutrition plan that you can start implementing right away.
